Cookie Policy
What we use cookies and similar technologies for on this website, and how to control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they let site owners understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies — pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits — do comparable things and are covered by this policy.
2. Our approach
We keep this deliberately light. This is a business website, not an application, so we use the minimum needed to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure whether the advertising that brought you here worked.
3. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent required | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core site function, security, load balancing and remembering your cookie preferences | No — the site cannot function without them | Session to 12 months |
| Analytics | Aggregate measurement of page views, navigation paths and time on page, so we can improve content and structure | Yes, where required by law in your location | Up to 26 months |
| Advertising measurement | Attributing visits and enquiries to the paid campaigns that produced them, on search, social and native platforms | Yes, where required by law in your location | Up to 13 months |
| Functional | Remembering preferences such as a dismissed notice, so you are not shown it repeatedly | Yes, where required by law in your location | Up to 12 months |
4. Third parties that may set cookies
We run paid campaigns on major advertising platforms. When you arrive from one of their placements, or when their measurement tag is present on this site, those providers may set cookies or identifiers under their own privacy policies. Depending on the campaigns running at any given time, these may include search, social, native and web analytics providers.
We do not control third-party cookies, and we recommend reviewing the privacy and cookie notices of any platform whose advertising brought you here. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How to control cookies
In your browser
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”. You can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or clear them when you close the browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working correctly.
Platform-level opt-outs
- Most advertising platforms offer ad personalisation controls within your account settings on that platform.
- Industry opt-out tools operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance allow opting out of participating vendors.
- Browser-level signals such as Global Privacy Control are honoured where applicable law requires it.
Do Not Track
There is still no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, so this site does not respond to them. We do honour recognised opt-out preference signals where the law requires it.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
7. Contact
